1. Ginger


Ginger juice or ginger water are just the best. Ginger water is made by boiling sliced ginger root in water and letting it cool.  Ginger is natures #1 anti-inflammatory next to turmeric.  If you drink 2oz. of fresh ginger juice it will boost your metabolism 30% over the period of a few hours.  Do this twice each day, and wait till your jeans feel looser and looser.

Living and Eating in America is Tricky.

To cleanse nicotine out of the system there are lots of foods to eat. The best foods to consume in large quantities are carrot juice, kiwis, broccoli, spinach, and oranges.

Kiwi fruit is a rich source of vitamins A, C and E. When you smoke, the levels of these vitamins reduce.

One handful spinach

1 cup fresh apple juice

1/2 lime squeezed

2-3 sprigs of mint

1/6 cucumber

2 stalks celery

1/4 avocado

1/2 banana

pinch sea salt

ice 1/2 cup


Blend it up. Guraranteed to make you smile. Excellent for liver cleansing and hydration.
